Data retention

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. Our maximum retention period is ten years from the date of your last purchase or three years from your date of registration with us if you have not made a purchase.
